Alongside your core business, we build a clearly separated line of business that is AI-native from day one. Your existing processes stay unchanged. Included: target state, boundary with the core business, data flows, the roles of the people involved, a dedicated cloud environment, one to three agent workflows with an approval interface, logging, error path, kill switch and cost monitoring, metrics, an operations manual, a trial run with real cases, acceptance and 30 days of follow-up support.
Your core business is not restructured. At most three systems with an existing interface per process. A human approves every result. No high-risk AI. No guarantee of revenue or savings. You clarify legal form, contracts, permits, data protection and taxes with your lawyer and tax advisor; we provide the list of questions. You bear the cloud, model and license costs.

Each quarter adds one new process or an expansion of the same size. Goal: the twin gradually takes over the operational work while people decide and review.

We test whether a language model trained on your data solves a specific task better or more cheaply than a standard model with prompting or document search. You receive a trained prototype on a test machine, a model card, metrics, error classes, a cost matrix and a clear recommendation on whether deployment is worthwhile.
One task per engagement. No training from scratch, no full retraining of large models, no production operation. The customer labels the examples following our instructions. The customer bears the computing costs for training. No high-risk uses under the EU AI Act, such as recruitment or credit checks. You pay for the work, not for a specific result; a well-founded no is a valid result.

After a go decision from the prototype, we make your custom model ready for production: one base model, up to 2,000 examples, up to two training runs, operation on your server or in an EU cloud, one interface to your system, an approval loop, up to 20 pilot users, monitoring, a fallback solution and 30 days of bug fixing. Second review by an experienced ML engineer before deployment.
Only after a go decision from the prototype. One task, one base model. The customer pays for hardware, cloud and operation. Data preparation beyond 2,000 examples, specialized OCR, multiple teams, high-risk applications and continuous operation are offered separately. You pay for the work, not for a specific result.

A closed, confidential group of businesses from the region. A 60-minute online exchange with a practical lesson every month, a meeting in Schwerin every quarter and an individual check-up every year. Plus a dedicated portal with a confidential area for each group, in the browser and as a mobile app. Launches once eight businesses have joined; at most twelve per group.
