If training is commissioned
We do not train any model on your data without a separate written agreement. If fine-tuning is commissioned, we document data provenance, legal basis, model license, training location, access, deletion and remaining model artifacts. Any use for third-party models or for our own training purposes without your instruction is excluded.
A data sheet for every delivery
Purpose, data categories, controllers, model and license version, processors, region, training yes or no, retention, access, human approval, monitoring, kill switch, cost responsibility.
Zukunft mit KI is the controller for its own website. Where customer data is accessed, the roles must be assessed case by case, usually as processing on behalf of the customer. If we operate a solution for you, for example as part of support, we set this out in advance in a data processing agreement.
