This website is delivered via Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit it, technically necessary connection data is generated, in particular IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier. This data is used to deliver the website and to keep its operation secure. Vercel may process requests via a content delivery network, including outside the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. There are no user accounts on this website.
No other services on this website
No analytics cookies, no chat, no contact form that stores data, no fonts from Google or other third-party servers, no Supabase and no embedded videos from third-party platforms. The site's graphics and animations are served from the same host as the site and run in your browser.
AI Maturity Check
The check runs in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to Zukunft mit KI and not stored on a server. If you send the result by email, include it with a callback request or mention it in a conversation, we process this content to handle your request.
Phone and email
If you call or write to us, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to respond and to prepare a conversation or a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as pre-contractual steps are concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. There is no legal obligation to contact us.
Callback form
On the contact page and below the result of the AI Maturity Check, you can request a callback. We then transmit your name, your phone number, the day and time slot you chose and, if you enter it, your request. If you tick the box below the AI Maturity Check, a summary of your result is added (score, stage, industry, company size, role and the value for each area), not your individual answers.
The information is checked by a function running on Vercel servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and sent as a single email to our inbox. The email is sent via the email service of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. No database or form storage is used for this; the only copy is this email. We use the information for the callback and delete it after the call, or after 30 days at the latest. If the call leads to an engagement, we also use your contact details to carry it out and keep them afterwards for as long as statutory retention obligations require (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, because the callback is a pre-contractual step you request. Providing the information is voluntary; without a name and phone number we cannot call you back.
To protect against automated requests, the form uses a security check (ALTCHA) that we operate ourselves. Your browser solves a small computing task. No cookies are set and no third-party provider is involved. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, where the legal requirements are met, as well as the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
